Return Policy

At ToysOutlet, we respect the right of withdrawal as established by European e-commerce legislation. As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.

Conditions for Returns

• The return request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
• The product must not be opened, used, or damaged.
• Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the item is entirely the responsibility of the customer. ToysOutlet does not reimburse return shipping costs.

Refund

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days, provided all return conditions have been met.
